But then she meets her new employer, Ash, Earl of Kingswood, and she immediately knows his handsome good looks are a danger of their own! About the Author :
Catherine Tinley writes witty, heartwarming Regency love stories for Harlequin Mills & Boon. She has loved reading and writing since childhood, and has a particular fondness for love, romance, and happy endings.
After a career encompassing speech & language therapy, NHS management, maternity campaigning and being President of a charity, she now works in Sure Start.
‘The Earl’s Runaway Governess’ written by Catherine Tinley was an enjoyable historical romance filled with lies, secrets, misunderstandings, … to keep your intrigued.
It overall deals with some very tough topics set in a Regency timeframe, but still relatable.
I guess that’s the strength of the author, combining the right prose and painting the setting very well.
I loved the main character, she’s a tough cookie, but the Earl not so much, at least not at first.
Luckily there is a villain in this story so he can make up to me, and hopefully to her, for his not so great impressions.
A nice read if you are looking an interesting story with a tiny hint of a love scene.
